If you live with emotional abuse, financial abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, or even child abuse you may not know who to turn to. You may not even realise that you are not alone. You may have doubted that anything was wrong. You might try and justify, or minimise, your situation because you feel shut off. You might even blame yourself.

You may need the help of a friend, a relative, a teacher, a life coach, a lawyer, or even the police. It should be easy for you to find help.

Just ask. Every woman, man and child has the right to grow in healthy relationships that are supportive, loving and caring.
